RANDERS REGNSKOVS SCHOOL SERVICE

In school service rules, the following cancellation and rebooking rules apply.

Cancellation

If you have booked a class, you can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before. If you cancel classes later than 10 days before the day of the visit, you are not responsible for the entrance tickets, but you must pay the tuition price itself. This is because Randers Regnskov has been guarding a teacher beforehand.

If you have not booked classes, you are free to cancel the visit.

Rebooking

If there are more than 10 days left for your visit, you are free to rebook for another date. If you wish to rebook, please contact us at skoletjeneste@regnskoven.dk.

RANDERS RAINFORESTS SUMMER SCHOOL

For participation in summer school, the following cancellation and rebooking rules apply.

Cancellation

Up to 60 days before, you are free to cancel and get the full price refunded. In case of cancellation with less than 60 days until the summer school, it is not possible to get a refund of the price. The space at the summer school cannot be sold to anyone else.

Cancellation

Randers Regnskov can cancel summer school up to 30 days before if there are too few enrollees. In this case, 100 percent of the price will be refunded.
